What the journey costs

Priced from the same rate card as everything else on this site: per vehicle, per day, with the arrival coordination named separately. Divide it by the months between now and then and you have the figure this page exists to give you.

The papers

What you need to have done

A passport with six months left on it at the border, the entry authorisation for where you are going, insurance, a flight, one emergency contact. They come due in that order, and the first one is a today problem rather than a next-year one.

The calendar

Whether the two agree

A month, and a rhythm that reaches it. If they do not agree, the answer is not to try harder — it is a later month, a shorter journey, or a different tier, and this page will tell you which.
