Every figure below is per person in CFA francs, with the euro equivalent at the fixed rate of 656. Park permits, guide and porter fees, transport and accommodation are already inside the circuit price — they are itemised further down only so you can see where the money goes.
Per person, and the price falls as the group grows.
Two columns because a 4x4, a driver and a guide cost the same whether two people or eight are sitting in the vehicle. Rates are for the current season and hold for twelve months from the date we quote you in writing.

Where the park and guide money actually goes.
These are already inside the circuit rates above. They are set by MINFOF for the parks and by the Mount Cameroon Ecotourism Organisation for the mountain, not by us, and they are paid to the villages, the park service and the guides directly.

What the rate covers, and what it plainly does not.
We would rather lose a booking on an honest list than win one and argue about it in Maroua. If something you expected is not on the left-hand column, ask before you pay the deposit.

How a booking is held, paid and unwound if it has to be.
The same terms apply to every circuit and to every traveller, whether you book direct or through an agent. They are repeated in full on the confirmation we email you before any money moves.
What confirms a booking?
Twenty-five per cent of the circuit total, plus the full cost of any internal flight we hold for you. The date, the vehicle and the guides are blocked the moment it clears.
When is the balance due?
Forty-five days before departure. Inside forty-five days a booking is payable in full at the time it is made.
How can we pay?
Bank transfer to our Douala account in FCFA or euro, MTN MoMo and Orange Money for regional travellers, or a secure card link that carries a 3.5 per cent processor fee.
What if we cancel?
Over 60 days, deposit held as credit for eighteen months. 60 to 30 days, 40 per cent of the total. Under 30 days, 75 per cent. Under 7 days, no refund — the crew and rooms are paid by then.
What if you cancel?
If we stand a circuit down for weather, security guidance or our own operational failure, you choose between a full refund and a rebooking at the price you originally paid.
Are there reductions?
Children under twelve travel at 70 per cent on grade 1 and 2 circuits. Cameroonian and CEMAC residents pay the resident park tariff, which we pass straight through.
Ask for the figure on your dates.
Tell us the circuit, the month and how many of you there are. You will get back a one-page quote in FCFA and euro, with the park fees itemised, the internal flight priced live, and nothing held back for later.
